Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rifle, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and playground / park / athletic field.
Work consist of ripping existing trail tread and installing a compacted gravel surface, rock and brush/tree removal, removal and installation of steps (rock, concrete, and timber), installation of railing and fencing, replacement of pedestrian bridges, removal and restoration of existing social trails, and other related activities. All questions related to this project shall be submitted via e-mail to the Project Manager, Eric Blake at eric.blake@state.co.us. The deadline for questions is Thursday, September 16, 2021 by 1:00 pm. Questions submitted after the deadline will not be addressed. All questions and answers will be posted as solicitation amendments electronically.
