The Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado by and through the Procurement Department will receive competitive sealed bids for EV Charging Stations for the 12th & Howard Parking Lot in Rifle CO. Correspondence, other than Bid Documents, may be submitted: by e-mail. Please do not contact any other County employee for information about this IFB. During the Covid-19 situation all bids must be submitted via the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (RMEPS) at website. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that electronic bids are submitted prior to bid closing time. Electronic bids shall be uploaded as a single PDF file. Any expenditure of funds made by a party in the preparation and submission of a Proposal in response to this IFB shall not be reimbursed by Garfield County. No obligation of any kind is made by Garfield County in issuing this IFB. This IFB is not a commitment by Garfield County to issue any other form of solicitation, purchase order, or contract for this service. In accordance with Article 5.3 of the Garfield County Procurement Code, this IFB may be cancelled at any time at the sole discretion of Garfield County.
