Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Rifle, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Fascia repairs: Approx. 1000 Remove existing sheet metal horizontal fascia clip. Remove existing hex head vertical fascia fasteners. Remove existing roof panel horizontal eave fasteners. Remove existing under panel horizontal fascia wood screws. Carefully remove each existing fascia panel and set aside for re installation. Some fascia panels were not bent to industry standards and cannot be reused; they will need to be replaced with new. Lift the existing standing seam roof panels to expose the 30 felt under payment. Cut back the existing 30 organic felt approximately 8 to allow for ice and water shield to be installed leaving room to slip in water shield ship lapped beneath the felt. Furnish and install new High Temp ice and water shield to the wood deck ship lapped properly Reinstall the set aside metal fascia and strip in the leading edge with the new HT ice and water shield. Reattach all fasteners as previously installed. Remove and properly dispose of all Pacific Sheet Metal construction related debris.
