Bi-Weekly Update 18 September 2023 Phase 1 of Solicitation W912HY21R0012 Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Horizontal Construction in Support of the SWG and SWD As you know, we anticipated release of the Phase 1 re-evaluation results Solicitation W912HY21R0012 titled "Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Horizontal Construction last week. There has been a delay in the required reviews of documentation for the Phase 1 re-evaluation results and invitations for Phase 2 offerors selected to enter Phase 2 Solicitation W912HY21R0012 titled "Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Horizontal Construction. This is due to a reduced staff and increased workload of all staff within the procurement process during the last weeks of the fiscal year as procurements are reviewed for award. While it is unfortunate the review of this procurement's documents falls during this time, we continue to press for a thorough and consistent review to ensure that the documents reflect every offeror's proposal accurately and consistently in how they were evaluated during the re-evaluation. We apologize for these delays, but we are making progress in the reviews and getting close to completion of the reviews. We recognize the importance of those needed updates and pertinent information and are committed to relaying the status of this procurement regularly so that you and your Teams can make important decisions as you need. At this point in time, we are revising the projected award date to 30 JUNE 2024. We will post a change in status on SAM.gov once Phase 2 has been entered and will revise the projected award date as needed. If the timeframe appears to be longer than expected.
