This project provides for the replacement of the Locust Street Bridge over the Des Moines River. A consultant is being utilized for design and construction phase services. This budget assumes a standard replacement structure with higher level aesthetic enhancements. As of August 31, 2021, this project is included in the City of Des Moines FY 2021-2026 CIP. Information regarding design team and contractor selection has not been disclosed. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
