This project provides for storm sewer and drainage way improvements to the area south of East University Avenue to reduce flooding risk in this area. Improvements include a concrete box storm sewer between University Avenue and Union Pacific Railroad south of Dean Avenue. As of September 1, 2021, this project is included in the City of Des Moines FY 2021-2026 CIP. Information regarding design team and contractor selection has not been disclosed. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
