Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The State of Iowa is conducting a Request for Quote for a contractor for the mitigation of ice damming and build up at the Hoover east side patio via installation of new gutter system, storm sewer piping, and heat tape installation. Work onsite shall be completed no later than December 7, 2022. All questions regarding this solicitation must be received by email by 2:00 PM (CT) ON 10/5/2022. Respondent must provide a Performance and Payment Bond in accordance with Section 10.8 of Consensus 802 Agreement. The State reserves the right to reject any or all quotes without penalty and to waive minor deficiencies and informalities if, in the judgement of the State, it's best interests will be served.
