Glencliff Elementary School, SED #53-03-01-06-0-003-016 Rosendale Elementary School, SED #53-03-01-06-0-004-014 Niskayuna High School, SED #53-03-01 -06-0-006-029 Hillside Avenue Bus Garage, SED #53-03-01-06-5-025-003 1. Glencliff ES, 961 River Road, Rexford, New York 12148 2. Rosendale ES, 2455 Rosendale Road, Niskayuna, New York 13209 3. Niskayuna HS, 1626 Balltown Road, Niskayuna, NY 12309 4. Hillside Avenue BG, 1301 Hillside Avenue, Niskayuna, New York 12309 Roofing Work includes, but is not limited to selective demolition and re-roofing at all buildings. a. Roofing Contract 1 includes abatement/disposal of ACM caulking at glass block at Glencliff ES and Rosendale ES by a qualified contractor,or subcontractor acceptable to the Owner. Division 08 (Fiberglass Sandwich Panels) shall be installed by a qualified subcontractor acceptable to the Owner. b. Roofing Contract 2 includes fastening through ACM's and removing/disposing of ACM roofing at the Bus Garage by a qualified contractor, or subcontractor acceptable to the Owner. Environmental Contract Bidder must be a New York State Certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) or must retain a New York State Certified MBE for asbestos abatement work to qualify as the successful Bidder, in accordance with the Supplementary Instructions to Bidders. Requests for interpretation, information or clarification (RFI) of the Bidding/Contract Documents must be made in writing to King + King Architects. Responses to RFIs will not be made over the telephone. Responses to RFIs will be advisory only and will not modify the Contract Documents. The Contract Documents stand as published except as modified by written Addenda before bid and Modifications after execution of the Agreement. Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, security in an amount and form subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. Upon returning sets promptly to DATAFLOW, Inc. within 30 days after the date of the Bid opening, deposits will be refunded as follows: l. Any Bidder who submits a bid will be refunded its deposit in full. 2. A Bidder who does not submit a bid will not be refunded its deposit. 3. Subcontractors, material suppliers, and others will be refunded their deposits in full. 4. All Bidding/Contract Documents (except for those held by Successful Bidders) must be returned to DATAFLOW, Inc., at the above address. 5. Deposits will not be refunded for documents returned in unusable condition or after 30 days. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids. Contract award/Notice-to-Proceed, approximately: October 6, 2021 Substantial completion: September 30, 2022 Contract closeout: December 1, 2022
