Environmental Contract Bidder must be a New York State Certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) or must retain a New York State Certified MBE for asbestos abatement work to qualify as the successful Bidder, in accordance with the Supplementary Instructions to Bidders. Requests for interpretation, information or clarification (RFI) of the Bidding/Contract Documents must be made in writing to King + King Architects. Responses to RFIs will not be made over the telephone. Responses to RFIs will be advisory only and will not modify the Contract Documents. The Contract Documents stand as published except as modified by written Addenda before bid and Modifications after execution of the Agreement. Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, security in an amount and form subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. Upon returning sets promptly to DATAFLOW, Inc. within 30 days after the date of the Bid opening, deposits will be refunded as follows: l. Any Bidder who submits a bid will be refunded its deposit in full. 2. A Bidder who does not submit a bid will not be refunded its deposit. 3.
