Reference Number 0000384305 The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a contract with a contractor for excavation, milling, paving, sealcoating, and striping at specified locations in the Niskayuna Central School District, with work to commence prior to June 30, 2025 and to be complete prior to September 1, 2025. The intent of this RFP is to award a contract to the lowest responsible and responsive proposer whose proposal meets the requirements of the RFP The Contractor will be expected to fulfill all requirements of the RFP, ignorance of existing conditions will not be accepted as justification to vary the scope of work and/or the contract value. Submission of a proposal will be taken as confirmation that the Contractor has visited the site of all proposed work and is familiar with the existing conditions and the impact they may or may not have on the scope of work.
