Reference Number 0000382359 The following is a listing of the minimum requirements for services to be provided under this proposal and bidders are requested to submit corrective action alternatives to any and all other deficiencies not included within this basic scope of work. Provide design, procurement and installation of digital signs at Niskayuna High School's entrances on Balltown Road and Nott Street. New signs need to use the existing stone work. Provide sign proposals using measurements of Balltown Road: 50 inches x 119 inches Nott Street: 35 inches x 75 inches Signs should leverage a cloud or cellular software Signs should display on 2 sides Sign should have a maximum of 10 mm LED size Vendor should supply installation services. Vendor is free to stop by and review the existing equipment. Provide multiple sign "proofs" until the district authorizes the fabrication and installation of the final sign design with express sign off from a district representative. Provide an indication of "Lead Time", the amount of time from the District sign-off on the design until installation and, importantly, confirmation that your firm will deliver and install signs by August 15, 2025. Requests for extension of this date or time shall not be granted.
