This solicitation includes two separate (2) projects which seek to enhance pedestrian safety and intersection improvements on Rose Hill Drive and Rugby Avenue. Each project will be awarded separately to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Bidders have the option to bid on only one project or both projects. Rose Hill Drive and Rugby Avenue Intersection Improvements Project UPC#108755 (VDOT revenue sharing funded) Due to restrictions surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, public access to City facilities is currently prohibited. The City is still receiving and accepting deliveries from shipping services such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Proposals/bids will be date and time stamped upon receipt and retained unopened in a secure location until opening. No consideration will be given to the date of postmark or error in delivery to the incorrect address. It is the responsibility of the Offeror/Bidder to ensure timely and correct delivery of their proposal/bid regardless of the chosen delivery method.
