Administration Building - Building Addition and Improvements For additional information visit: online Project Description: The current Administrative Building for the Authority is located at the Moores Creek Advanced Water Resource Recovery Facility (MCAWRRF) at 695 Moores Creek Lane, Charlottesville, VA 229002. In addition to administrative staff, the Authority's lab and Board room are also located within the existing Administration Building. Adjacent to the existing administration Building is a separate building where the Engineering Department is currently located. The purpose of this project will be to renovate the existing Administration Building and expand it as necessary for the current and future needs of the administration and engineering personnel. When complete, the Administration Building will provide offices for administrative, engineering, and information technology staff and will also contain updated lab facilities, the Rivanna Authorities' Board room, and an educational exhibit space
