The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to award one or more contracts to provide Excavating and Site Work Services for the County of Albemarle and Albemarle County Public Schools and/or other entities of the County of Albemarle. Question Deadline 01/07/2025 Any questions related to this solicitation MUST be submitted to the contact named on the first page of this solicitation no fewer than seven (7) work days prior to the bid opening or proposal closing date specified. All Inquiries for Information Should Submitted in Writing and Be Directed To: Vidhi Danak at vdanak@albemarle.org. Period of Contract: For One (1) Year from the Date of Award with the Option for FOUR (4) Additional One (1) Year Renewals. The County further reserves the right to reject any offer if the evidence submitted by, or investigations of, such Offeror fails to satisfy the County that such Offeror is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the contract and to provide the services and/or furnish the goods contemplated therein.
