Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Blendon Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Blendon Township desires to construct a shared use path along the south side of Port Sheldon Street. The path is approx.1300 ft. and will be 8 ft wide HMA or Concrete and the work will include excavation, filling, clearing, grading, culvert removals, culvert placement, leaching basin and underdrain placement, sand subbase, aggregate base, and HMA or Concrete placement. The Base Bid amount assumes the project will be constructed as an HMA Pathway. As an alternative, the Owner wishes to consider constructing the pathway as a concrete surface. Bidders are required to provide unit prices for four (4) alternate bid items that will be used should the Owner decide to proceed with the project as a concrete surface.
