Question Deadline 05/30/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Questions to be addressed in the addendum will be received through 5:00 p.m. five (5) business days prior to the bid. The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following 7,980 feet of 24 inch Ductile Iron Class 52 water main HMA Roadway and Concrete/HMA/Aggregate Driveway Restoration 70 feet of 36 inch x 0.500 inch casing via Bore and Jack Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. Drawings and specifications are available online or at the 697 Ottawa Beach Road, Ste 2A, Holland, MI 49424 office of Prein&Newhof. Digital drawings, specifications and bidding documents will be accessible/available only to those Bidders who are active members of the Prein&Newhof Plan Room. Bidder assumes sole risk for any project specifications and drawings, digital or hard copy, obtained other than directly from Prein&Newhof. Prein&Newhof Plan Room members who want to purchase the hard copy of the drawings only, may do so for $90 dollars. A $15 dollar charge will be added to all mailed drawings and/or specifications. Fees are payable by cash or check only and are not refunded. The work to be performed under this contract will be financed and paid for by funds received from Georgetown Charter Township. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to Georgetown Township in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of sixty (60) days after the receipt of bids. The project must be substantially completed by Friday, November, 13, 2026 and must be completed and ready for final payment by Tuesday, June 1, 2027
