Saving Project...

Renovation of a municipal facility in Minersville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

All bids shall be on the Committed Bid Documentation bid form obtainable with the bidding documents stated above. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the form of a money order, certified check, cashiers check, a irrevocable letter of credit drawn upon a bank authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, or by a bond with corporate surety, made payable to the Schuylkill County Land Bank, valid for a period of at least 3 months, in an amount equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid. The Land Bank reserves the unqualified right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all bids or to reject any and all items or portions thereof. Bids may be withdrawn prior to the opening thereof only upon written request to the Schuylkill County Land Bank at the address listed above. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof. Prospective bidders who wish to inspect 539 School Street, Minersville, PA 17954 can arrange an inspection by contacting Helen Miernicki at (570) 449-9476. This project in financed by a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
