Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Carbondale, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Russell Park Parking Lot and Drainage Improvements Scope of Work: The work on this project will include but is not limited to the excavation and grading of the existing dirt parking area, installation of a new drainage system, concrete curb, and new pavement structure along with line striping for parking lot. Bidders' proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, certified bank treasurers check, bank cashier's check or bid bond in the form provided in the Contract Documents. A satisfactory corporation surety shall provide security in an amount equal to 10% of the base bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all irregularities, mistakes, omission informalities relative thereto
