Renovation of an educational facility in Carbondale, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Bids shall be submitted on the form provided and shall be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check equal to ten percent of the total price submitted inclusive of add alternates. Bids must remain valid for the period of time stated on the bid form.The Carbondale Area School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The Bidder is responsible to obtain a complete set of Bidding/Contract Documents and verify that they have received all addenda issued. If the Bidder obtains Bidding/Contract Documents from any source other than BDA, the Architect/Owner will not be held responsible for incomplete or missing documents. Project has the following separate prime construction contracts: Mechanical Construction Electrical Construction The project consists of, but is not limited to: *Addition of air purification devices in all classroom unit ventilators. *Replacement of certain HVAC equipment serving the original building as well as the 1999 Addition. *Addition of an energy recovery unit with air filtration to serve the corridors and common areas of the original classroom wing. *Addition of a VRF air conditioning system for the classrooms. All requests for Bid Documents shall include the following information: 1. Which contracts bidding. 2. Email address for Bidding/ Contract Document and addenda purposes.
