Housing Authority of The City of Carbondale This invitation is extended by the Housing Authority of the City of Carbondale for work as described below. Sealed bids are invited from contractors for the replacement of flooring found in common areas at the Ben Franklin Apartments; 54 Lincoln Ave.; Carbondale, Pa A certified check or bank draft, US government Bonds or a Satisfactory Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10 percent (10%) of the amount of the Bid and Drafted in favor of the Carbondale Housing Authority shall be submitted with each bid. Performance Bonds: The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for Performance and Labor and Materials Bonds which are acceptable to the Authority. Wage Requirement; Equal Employment opportunity: Attention is called to the wage and equal employment opportunity requirements of this project, as contained in the Bid Documents. Authority Rights: The Carbondale Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids or to waive any informality with the bid. Contract Time: One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days has been established as the construction period.
