The City of West Palm Beach (City) as agent for the East Central Regional Wastewater Treatment Facilities (ECR) is accepting bids from qualified and responsible Contractors to furnish and assume full responsibility for all labor, material, construction equipment and machinery, transportation, tools, appliances, fuel, power, light, telephone, water, sanitary facilities, temporary facilities and all other facilities and incidentals necessary, including supervision, servicing, taxes, bonds and insurance, permitting fees, traffic control, security, miscellaneous costs, warranties, general conditions, overhead and profit to perform various tasks associated with the Construction of the ECR Aeration Basin Number 5/ New Headwork Bypass to Junction Box Project.
