The purpose of this solicitation is to secure pricing and establish a term contract with an experienced and qualified Roofing Contractor to provide services for the Rehabilitation/Replacement and Repair of deteriorated roof systems, including primary and secondary structural member replacement and all incidentals in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions stated herein. The Authority provides a specified time for BIDDERS to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through Periscope by the date and time specified. The Authority will respond to all questions through Periscope, that may include a written Addendum.
