The MORGANTI Group, Inc. will receive Sealed Bids for the Palm Beach County Department of Airports Domestic Water Valve Modifications- Phase 2 project located at Palm Beach International Airport in Palm Beach County, Florida. The Morganti Group, Inc. serves as the Construction Manager for the Department of Airports. This is a Construction Management at Risk project with a Guaranteed Maximum Price. The Bid Package and Bid Documents will be available via a secure link to pre-qualified bidders on or about January 30, 2023 by request to estimating@morganti.com. All bidders must sign and return a non-disclosure agreement to The Morganti Group, Inc. for this project. The general scope of work includes but is not limited to: Replacement of 70+ water valves located throughout the PBIA terminal and secure concourses; drywall removal/replacement/finishing/painting and acoustical ceiling removal/replacement to support the water valve replacement work. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing for receipt of bids for a period of ninety (90) days. The Owner reserves the right to waive technicalities or irregularities that are in the best interest of the Owner or to reject any or all bids.
