The City of Poway is requesting sealed proposals from interested California State licensed Civil Engineers for as-needed plan review services. The City may elect to execute a Consultant Agreement with more than one Consultant based upon this RFP. The number of Consultants selected will depend upon the quantity and quality of proposals received. The standard contract length for an as-needed agreement is a two-year contract with options for 3 one-year extensions. Responses to this RFP shall be submitted in a sealed package addressed as below and clearly identifying the Consultant making the submission. The package must be marked as "CONFIDENTIAL - As-Needed Plan Review Services." One original and two copies must be submitted by each vendor. The Consultant is liable for any of the costs incurred in preparing and submitting a proposal. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
