Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Morley, Alberta. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 20,013-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and fire / police facility.
Plans call for a new campus-style development to include an operations shop building & storage yard, an administration building (8,823 sq. ft.), as well as a new Exshaw Fire Hall (11,190 sq. ft.). The development site is located off Highway 1A, east of Exshaw. TIMELINE: Construction of the Operations Shop Building & storage yard has been completed. Schedules for design, tender and construction of the administration building and the fire station are undetermined at this time. Further update may be available in 2026, pending owner's capital plans. Fire hall estimated at $3.7 million; and $3.5 million estimated for the administration building.
