Renovation of a mixed-use development in Burnsville, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 74,000-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility.
Reroof pre-engineered metal building . Roof over existing PEMB roof. Approximately 74,000 square feet of existing roof . Bids will be accepted only under the name of the Bidder to whom Contract documents have been issued by Plan House Printing, on behalf of the Engineer, and whose name appears on the official list of Plan holders mainted by the Engineer on behalf of the Tishomingo County Board of Supervisors. Bidders will be required to provide Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the Base Bid. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in the bidding and to reject any or all bids. Substantial Completion 90 calendar days Final Completion 30 calendar days
