The engineering estimate for this project is $4,096,122.64 Awards of bids for construction services with an engineering estimate in excess of $100,000.00 will be made to bidders who have pre-qualified with Pinellas County for Fixed Bridge and Marine and those that have pre-qualified with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) in an equivalent prequalification work type of Minor Bridges.
