The Work generally consist of Upgrading existing Legacy ALERT stations to ALERT2 protocol and installation of new rain and stream stations with ALERT2 protocol. Installations include, but are not limited to installation of standpipe with ready mix concrete, placement of conduit and riser pipe, installation of antenna system, solar panels and grounding.
