This Request for Proposal (the RFP) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (Niagara Region) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for 2025-RFP-91- Bemis Elevated Tank Modelling as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the Deliverables). The Bemis Park Elevated Tank (ET) is located at 97 Coventry Road in the City of Welland. The multi-leg elevated tank was constructed in 1965 and has a storage capacity of 5.7 ML. The most recent Water and Wastewater Master Servicing Plan (2021 MSP) identified deficiencies in the pumping and storage capacities within the Welland Water Distribution System. This RFP is being issued to subset of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2023-RFSQ-184 specifically Category 14.
