The Town of Pelham is requesting the contracting services of a qualified contractor to provide public realm enhancements around the Rice Road and Highway 20 Storm Water Management (SWM) pond. The successful contractor will be required to complete landscaping improvements surrounding the SWM pond, including tree planting along the west side of Rice Road, and install a gateway/landscaping feature on the northwest corner of the Rice Road and Port Robinson Road intersection. The successful contractor will be responsible for all traffic control, resident notification within the associated construction limits and notification when access will not be available. Full restoration of all disturbed areas will be required in accordance with current Town of Pelham standards. The works are to proceed continuously to the completion and complete all the work within twenty (20) working days. The work is to be completed by May 27, 2022.
