Niagara College is seeking Proposals from qualified Suppliers to perform annual, semi-annual and as required inspections, testing, maintenance and required repairs associated with the College's Fire Alarm and Suppression Systems (the "Services") at Niagara College's campuses and facilities. The Services shall include Annual Inspections, Testing and Maintenance of Fire Alarms and Sprinklers Systems and Semi-Annual Inspections, Testing and Maintenance of Kitchen Hood Suppression, Fire Extinguishers, Hose Cabinets and Computer/Server Room Novec Suppression Systems. The objectives of the Services include complying with applicable sections of the Ontario Fire Code and minimizing fire alarm system equipment failures and maintenance repairs between annual and semi-annual inspections. If a Proponent (the "Attendee") is interested in attending this Site Visit, the Attendee must provide Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination (fully vaccination), they shall wear a medical facemask and any other required safety or personal protective equipment (PPE) required by Health Canada or Niagara Region Public Health department.
