The scope of the Project and nature of any other contracts that have been or may be awarded by MTS in prosecution of the Project to the end that Contractor may perform this Contract in the light of such other contracts, if any. Nothing herein contained shall be interpreted as granting to Contractor exclusive occupancy at site of the Project. Contractor, for and in consideration of the payment to be made to Contractor as hereinafter provided, shall furnish all plant, labor, technical and professional services, supervision, materials and equipment, other than such materials and equipment as may be specified to be furnished by MTS, and perform all operations necessary to complete the Work in strict conformance with the Contract Documents (defined below) for the following public work of improvement: Deadline for Submitting Questions/RFAs: By this date and time, all questions, clarifications, and requests for equals must be submitted in writing to MTS by the bidder through MTSs procurement website Categories 2440 - Electrical, Contractors 2499 - Misc, Contractors 2700 - All Electrical The Work shall be commenced by the date stated in MTSs Notice to Proceed. The Contractor shall complete all Work required by the Contract Documents within 210 calendar days from the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed.
