Renovation of a municipal facility in Groton, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project includes selected demolition of the existing HVAC system. Furnish and install new ductwork, diffusers, insulation, split AC system with hydronic heating coil, dehumidification controls and relief fan. Integrate new equipment and controls into existing ATC system. Provide testing and balancing for all new and renovated air systems along with commissioning support. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for opening of bids. Any bid received after the time and date specified will be returned unopened. Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, security in the form of bid bond or certified check subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. This contract is subject to state set-aside and contract compliance requirements.
