Site work, remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Groton, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
Base Bid: Replace Shore Power Viking Receptacle Stations on Piers 6 and 17, and incidental related work, in accordance with the drawings and specifications, complete, but excluding work provided in another Priced line Item. Option Item No. 1: Price for providing all work in connection with replacing Shore Power Viking Receptacle Stations on Piers 12 and incidental related work., complete in accordance with the drawings and specifications, but excluding work provided in another Priced line item. Option Item No. 2: Price for providing all work in connection with sandblasting and painting the electrical shore power jib cranes at Piers 8, 12, 17, and 33, spot painting the cranes at Piers 6 and 31, performing various structural repairs, and incidental related work, complete in accordance with the drawings and specifications, but excluding work provided in another Priced line item. Visitor requests must be received no later than 1:00 PM EDT, 26 August 2023 via e-mail to: ryan.g.hamill2.civ@us.navy.mil and nicole.l.fellers.civ@us.navy.mil. (Attachments K-M) This will be the only Government scheduled site visit. Please select no more than two (2) individuals per company No further questions will be taken after 12:00 PM EDT on 07 September 2023.
