The City of Virginia Beach, Virginia will receive sealed bids for the furnishing of all equipment, labor and material, and the performing of all work for the above described project. All bids shall include mobilization, administrative, labor, materials, transportation, taxes, insurance, permits, warrantees, and all other items necessary for a complete and acceptable project. Specifically, the work includes clearing, grubbing, re-grading the existing site, demolition, 330 LF of 6-inch ductile iron water line extension, 400 LF of 8-inch PVC gravity sewer extension and associated manholes, 355 LF of 3 FT x 6 FT precast stormwater box culvert and associated smaller feeder lines, miscellaneous additional storm system improvements, bioretention facilities, 3,750 SY of concrete pavement, pre-engineered metal building, electrical, control systems, site lighting, fencing, landscaping, and site restoration.
