Gilead Road to improve capacity and safety. The work will consist of the following: Adding a left turn lane along MD 30 NB; Adjusting Mt. Gilead Road profile and Tie-in with MD 30; Full depth pavement construction based on roadway widening; Milling and resurfacing of the existing pavement; Driveway Tie-ins; Installing new curb and gutter; Replacing and upgrading traffic barrier to meet current SHA standards; Installing pavement markings; Removing and replacing signage; Installing new drainage pipes; Installing new sidewalk; Maintenance of traffic; Erosion and sediment control; All other work shown on the Plans and in this Invitation for Bids. Pre-Bid Conference: A Pre Bid Conference will not be held for this project.
