Renovation of a military facility in Reisterstown, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
This Contract requires complete replacement of 16 Windows at Camp Fettered Military Reservation, FMF Shop Building 115. The Contractor shall be responsible for all work related to the complete replacement of 16 Windows at Camp Fettered Military Reservation, FMF Shop Building 115. The work shall include but not be limited to the following: Project is to replace 16 windows in FMF Shop Building 115 at Camp Fettered Military Reservation. The windows must be high-grade, impact-resistant, double-pane, and meet or exceed Maryland Green Building Council (GPC) energy standards. The replacement windows will have varying specifications based on size and design, as outlined in the scope of work. Veteran-owned Small Business Enterprise (VSBE) Agencys goal is to award a minimum of 1% of total contract dollars to certified veteran-owned small businesses. Question Deadline - The deadline for questions has been established is (03/19/2025) at (1100). All questions must be via e-mail to Procurement Officer Samantha Delp at samantha.delp@maryland.gov and Supervisor Lakecia Dingle at Lakecia.Dingle@maryland.gov . Project Cost Class A - Up to $100,000. All Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. This is for Small Business Reserve vendors only.
