Renovation of a residential development in South Indian Lake, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The Owner requires the services of a Contractor for an interior and exterior refresh work to two (2) single family homes located at 20 Baker Bay and 52 Wasagan Road, South Indian Lake, MB. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, replacement of kitchen cabinet, sink, fixtures and countertop, bathroom vanity, countertop, sink, tap, fittings, toilet, tub & surround, interior doors & hardware, and central exhaust fan, roofing & raingear, siding, and steps & landings; Patch and paint drywall; Upgrade electrical fixtures and smoke alarm system; Exterior foundation waterproofing; and crawlspace upgrades.
