Reference Number 0000284343 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/01/14 12:00:00 AM CST Supply and operation of one hydraulic excavator-tracked and one crawler tractor with dozer for clearing ice at the South Indian Lake ferry landings and channel between January 05, 2025, and May 15, 2025 (approximate dates only, dependant on temperature and ice formation in the channel). The Work Will Be Undertaken From Approximately January 05, 2024, to Approximately May 15, 2024. Depending on Temperature and Ice Conditions of the Channel, the Work May Be Shortened or Extended Beyond This Time Frame. Completion Model the Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date Liquidated Damages a Liquidated Damage of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Will Be Assessed to the Contractor for Snow Removal That Has Not Been Started Within 4 Hours Following Notification From the Contract Administrator (Ca). Seasonal Shutdown Date the Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project is Not Applicable. Completion Date the Work Must Be Completed by No Later Than May 15,2025.
