Proponent to Review All Available Information Provided by Manitoba Prior to Conducting Assessment and Formulation of Assessment Plan. 2. Submit a Schedule of Visits Within Two Weeks of Notification of Award of Contract to the Project Manager and Implementation of Assessment Plan That Meets Isc's E-acrs Policy Manual. 3. Identify Deficiencies That Need Redress Including Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Service Related Components Including Health and Safety. 4. Provide Cost Estimates to Repair or Replace Components and Essential Infrastructure. 5. Identify Possible System Improvements Such as Redundancies, Systems and Components Upgrades, Etc. 6. Provide Itemized Cost Estimates to Upgrade and/or Repair System Components and Essential Infrastructure. 7. Provide Itemized Decommissioning Cost Estimates for End of Life of Assets Identified in This Rfp (Except Roads). 8. Provide Detailed Reports Outlining Findings, Cost Estimates, Estimated Lifespan of Components and Infrastructure Before and After Recommended Repairs and/or Upgrades. The Reports Required for Submission Are as Follows. The amount of the bond shall be ten percent (10%) of the amount of the total lump sum price quoted in the Bidder's fee submission, expressed as a percentage.
