Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in St Martin, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The scope of work for this project generally includes the design-build construction of the proposed New Band Office Project for Little Saskatchewan First Nation, including: Band Office building 5,544 ft² (515 m²) based off of the Needs Assessment submitted by Little Saskatchewan First Nation. (See Program of Spaces under Plans and Specifications), Site development including water and wastewater service connections, gravel parking lot, approach, final grading, and general landscaping, and Utility tie-ins for the new facility including electrical service connection (coordinated through MB Hydro) and telephone/internet (coordinated through Bell/MTS). The Proponent shall submit a bid security of 10% of the tender amount with its tender in the form of a bid bond or a security deposit.
