Demolition and site work for a residential development in Ashland, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The Department of Community & Economic Development invites you to submit bids for the demolition with removal and disposal of the above stated residential dwellings. The City of Ashland reserves the right to award separate bids for each specific property listed on the bid form. The City of Ashland, through its City Manager or Director of Community & Economic Development, reserves the right to accept all or to reject all or any part of the bid should it be deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Ashland. All business license and payroll taxes must be in compliance before awarding of this bid. Bid bond, Certificate of Liability Insurance, and proof of Worker's Compensation is required. The local office of the EPA must be notified prior to the demolition. Demolitions must be completed within 60 days from the date of contract execution.
