Site work and renovation of a civil project in Salem, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work under this contract includes the construction of a new sanitary sewer pump station on a City owned parcel (4493 Hayesville Drive NE) to replace the existing adjacent Hayesville Sewer Pump Station currently situated in Right-of-Way which is under Marion Countys jurisdiction, construction of a sanitary sewer force main, construction of an off-site emergency overflow, and construction of waterline improvements. The pump station site work includes a wetwell and associated vault/manhole structures, a control building, an on-site emergency generator, site electrical including instrumentation and controls, radio monopole, all associated piping, site drainage, paving, fencing, landscaping, and all other appurtenances. Bid security in the amount of 10 percent of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders No pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for this project. Inquiries concerning the contents of the bid specifications should be directed to Robert Keller, PE, Project Manager, at (503) 588-6211 The City of Salem reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to postpone the award of the contract for thirty (30) days. Engineers Estimate 3.75M to 4.25M. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
