This intermediate solicitation will result in one Contracts for the purchase of fencing materials for ODFW La Grande field office. SAMPLE CONTRACT ATTACHED. The State of Oregon, acting by and through the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife, ("Agency"), is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) to establish a Contract for Goods. Agency anticipates the award of fencing materials for big game damage repairs. Required delivery date of goods: No later than May 15, 2024 The purpose of this Invitation to Bid ("ITB") is to establish a contract for the purchase of fencing materials to help address big game damage occurring throughout the Grande Ronde and John Day watersheds. BID ITEMS FOR DELIVERY TO: ODFW NE Regional Office 107 20th Street La Grande, Oregon 97850 Questions and Clarifications Due 03/19/2024 10:00 AM All questions, requests for clarification about any component of this ITB, including the technical requirements, contractual requirements, and the procurement process must be directed to the SPC identified on the cover page of this ITB. Bids are firm offers for a period of 180 calendar days from Opening.
