Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Milwaukie, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The estimated cost range for this project is $7,800,000 to $9,100,000. The Project generally consists of the following (the Work): Install approximately 2,300 lineal feet of storm and sanitary pipe, 12-inch diameter and smaller, by trenching Install approximately 2,400 lineal feet of storm drainage pipe, 24-inch diameter, by trenching Install approximately 48 storm inlets and 30 manholes Replace existing 24-inch storm drainage culvert with 36-inch culvert where Spring Creek crosses SE Washington St, by trenching Rehabilitate approximately 2,450 lineal feet of sanitary sewer pipe, 12-inch diameter and smaller, by pipe bursting Install approximately 1,500 lineal feet of 6-inch and 8-inch water pipe, by trenching Install approximately 16 existing water services Install Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) assembly and vault Rehabilitate approximately 19,150 square yards of asphalt concrete pavement (ACP) by 3-inch grind and inlay Reconstruct approximately 1,300 square yards of ACP in SE Edison St Install approximately 5,200 lineal feet of concrete curb Install approximately 48,650 square feet of concrete walks and driveways Install approximately 47 new curb ramps at existing pedestrian crossings Perform additional and Incidental Work as required by the specifications and construction plans
