Work includes new exterior doors and windows, interior renovation and finishes, cabinetry, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and renovation of the outdoor children's play area. The Architects base bid estimate is approximately $250,000.00. CCCCHS reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Questions, clarifications, and substitution request should be directed to website.
