Clackamas County Children's Commission Head Start (CCCCHS) is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or entities for construction services for the renovation of the Preschool Classrooms and Office at the Milwaukie Presbyterian Church (MPC) located at 2416 SE Lake Road, Milwaukie, Oregon. Work includes new exterior doors and windows, interior renovation and finishes, cabinetry, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and renovation of the outdoor children's play area. The Architects base bid estimate is approximately $250,000.00. CCCCHS reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Questions, clarifications, and substitution request should be directed to website.
