Renovation of a water / sewer project in Miamisburg, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

*As of March 07, 2024, project has not been awarded yet, timeframe will be in 4 weeks.** The Project consists of one prime contract for construction of various electrical upgrades at the Clear Creek Lift Station including a new layout of all equipment in the electrical building, as well as various items of demolition and repair. The project includes replacing the 480 V Switchboard/ Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) Lineup, the 480 V Motor Control Center (MCC) with motor starters, 480 V - 240/120 V, 25 kVA transformer, 240/120 V lighting panel, electric heater and controls as well as providing new motor disconnects at the wet well, a concrete pad, electrical connections, and an underground duct bank for a portable generator unit. The scope of work also includes the removal of the engine-generator, interior and exterior diesel fuel piping, engine-generator battery charger, exterior alarm horn, inlet and discharge louvers, and spill channel grating, and installing various upgrades as well as patching all surfaces for items removed from the wall, floor, ceiling and roof. Engineer's Estimate: $1,760,000.00 The County Commissioners reserve the rights defined in the Instructions to Bidders, including, but not limited to the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any irregularities of Bids, should same be to the advantage of the County.
