Furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work necessary and incidental to the completion of the project known as PEERY PARK AREA TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENTS - REBID, TR-18-09" consisting of removing on-street parking, construct concrete improvements (includes curb and gutter, sidewalk and curb ramps), installing landscape system (includes planting, irrigation system, and site furnishing), reconstruct driveways, and install new decorative (street and pedestrian) lighting, construct storm drain improvements, perform profile grind and overlay, Type II slurry seal, install signing and striping in existing right-of-way, and all other work necessary to complete this project, according to plans and specifications prepared by the City of Sunnyvale and according to the contract documents. Project is to be completed within a total maximum of one hundred and eighty (180) working days. Bid Security in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid dollar amount and conforming to the prescribed bidding procedures is required to be submitted with each bid. Be licensed under the provisions of Chapter 9, Division 3 of the Business and Professions Code of the State of California to do the type of work contemplated in the project. The general class or type of work called for under the Contract requires a class A license. DBE utilization goal for this project is 23%.
