The City of Sunnyvale is seeking proposals from licensed engineering firms to provide professional engineering services for a yard piping condition assessment project at the Donald M. Somers Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP). The budget available is $1,000,000 for the base scope of condition assessment services, with an allowance of $200,000 for optional cleaning and bypass pumping activities. Consultant proposals shall include an approach which makes best use of this budget and provides for strategic refinement of the approach as information gathering and analysis proceeds throughout the project.
