Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Arlington Heights, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Above Designated Work and Improvements Referred to as Backyard Drainage Improvements - 2021 Shall Include the Installation of New Public Storm Sewers and Appurtenances at Various Locations Within the Village of Arlington Heights. This work will include, but is not limited to, pavement removal; curb and gutter removal and replacement; sidewalk removal and replacement; storm sewer installation of sizes between 6" and 15" of either PVC or RCP pipe; concrete sewer structure installation; bituminous pavement patching; driveway repair.The locations for this work are shown in the Contract Documents.This work shall be to the requirements as indicated in the Contract Specifications. The Village of Arlington Heights reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals, to waive informalities in the bidding process, and to accept the bid deemed by the Board of Trustees to be the most favorable in the interests of the Village. The Affidavit of Availability must be submitted with the proposal, showing all uncompleted contracts awarded to them and all low bids pending award for Federal, State, County, Municipal and private work. All work under this bid shall be completed by November 19 th , 2021
