The work to be done for the Project generally consists of applying a new coating (over the existing coating) to the Water Treatment Plant roof. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The work to be done for the Project generally consists of applying a new coating (over the existing coating) to the Water Treatment Plant roof. The City’s Water Treatment Plant is located at 3440 E. Valley Parkway, Escondido CA 92027 (“WTP”). All work for this Project shall be completed Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Work may also be performed on Saturdays between the hours of 9 a.m. 5 p.m. at the successful contractor’s option. Project Specifications are attached hereto as Exhibit 1 and incorporated herein by reference.
